We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised **Social Media & Content Creator**, to join our UK Marketing team. This role is based in Bude, Cornwall, but you will be creating content for all bott UK channels across our different business streams.

You will be passionate about social media and digital communication, and have an ability to write engaging and relevant copy. As well as being responsible for supporting with general tasks within the wider marketing team, you’ll be working in a busy and diverse environment, and can be assured of an interesting and varied role.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media**:

- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts for all bott UK channels
- Coordinate social media messaging with company/Group goals
- Create strong written posts that align with Brand guidelines, have excellent grammar and spelling, and engage the target audience
- Work with the wider marketing team to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims (images, videos, GIFs etc)
- Schedule and deliver posts through Emplifi scheduling platform
- Proactively work with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activity
- Community management across all bott UK channels
- Analyse and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and types of content to make recommendations
- Stay up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced

**Website & Content**:

- Liaise with external agencies to deliver blogs
- Implement content/SEO recommendations on website pages

**Provide support to the wider marketing team**:

- Sponsorship Liaison & Community Support
- HR Marketing
- Internal and local events
- Sales/reseller campaign content
- Competitor Analysis

**Other**:

- Attend events/photoshoots as required
- General admin and office tasks
- To provide industry leading service to our customer base.
- To aid with flexibility and resilience, you may be required to complete additional tasks which reasonably fall within the job role of Social Media & Content Creator.

- You’ll have a good attention to detail and be highly organised
- You will be personable and be able to engage with members of the company at all levels

- An ability to manage multiple tasks at once

The hours of work are 37 hours over 4.5 days (Monday - Friday)
