About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Seaford Express store. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support colleagues in achieving their sales targets and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and guidelines.
