  • Spearhead staff development, focusing on safeguarding and service governance
  • Maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel
  • Cultivate an environment that fosters exceptional care and outstanding Ofsted ratings

Requirements:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent
  • No less than 3 years' experience working with children in a residential environment
  • Proven track record in supervisory or management roles within a similar setting
  • Valid driving license essential

The salary range is approximately £60,000 - £70,000 for full-time work (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
