About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a senior nurse, you will play a vital role in managing risk, assessing service users, and providing intensive support in a community setting. You will work closely with senior clinicians to develop your skills and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Shift coordination and triaging
- Home treatment assessments and interventions
- Casework management and liaison with external agencies
- Participation in quality improvement projects and training programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
- Evidence of social care/health-related study
- Familiarity with risk assessment and management
- Previous community experience
Benefits
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
