About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a senior nurse, you will play a vital role in managing risk, assessing service users, and providing intensive support in a community setting. You will work closely with senior clinicians to develop your skills and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Shift coordination and triaging
  • Home treatment assessments and interventions
  • Casework management and liaison with external agencies
  • Participation in quality improvement projects and training programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Evidence of social care/health-related study
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and management
  • Previous community experience

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
