About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Non Medical Prescriber to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, including prescribing medication and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct medical assessments and provide diagnoses
