Job Title: Band 7 Non Medical Prescriber

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Non Medical Prescriber to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical assessment and treatment to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective interventions and support individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver effective interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development of the service and its policies

Requirements:
  • NMC registration and active NMC pin
  • NMP qualification
