About the Nursery Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children. You will supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks.
About the Role
- Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs of activities and events to promote learning and development.
- Monitor and maintain the nursery's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidates are selected for our nursery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups to promote collaboration and partnerships.
