Responsibilities:

* Preparation of working papers for Compilation Engagements and year-end financial statements
* Government reporting (GST/HST, payroll, WSIB, and EHT)
* Preparation of Personal and Corporate Income Tax returns
* Responding to client inquiries with added value
* Other responsibilities and projects as required

Requirements:

* Accounting designation and/or significant practical experience (minimum 23 years)
* Passion for increasing knowledge in business and taxation
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and Tax Preparation Software
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong time management, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities
* A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
* Team-oriented and client-focused thinking
* Honesty, integrity, promptness, and ethical behavior

Salary Expectation: $55,000 - $85,000 (overtime commensurate with experience and reviewed annually based on performance)
Group Benefits package and RSP plan with company matching is also available.
