About the Role:

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new business and driving revenue growth. This will involve making appointments for the field sales team, following up with customers on new promotions, and supporting current customers to increase wallet share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office-based role with a view to going hybrid once established
  • Selling a range of medical and facilities supplies
  • Making appointments for the field sales team to close new business
  • Supporting current customers and driving new business through existing channels
  • Following up with customers on new promotions

Requirements:

  • Confident, dynamic, driven, and ambitious individual
  • B2B sales background
  • Hands-on approach and team-player attitude
  • High drive, self-motivation, and integrity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers by phone and email
