About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that will focus on developing and executing our cloud solutions strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and implement effective solution design principles, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain governance processes, ensuring adherence to internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Data Management & Integration: Drive data management practices, focusing on data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Technical Oversight: Manage technical debt, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for elimination.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding a dynamic DevOps team to achieve excellence in service management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Technology Transformation: Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including data modeling, configuration, and integrations.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and relational database concepts.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure and its integration with ServiceNow.
  • Agile & Framework Knowledge: Experience with Agile development methodologies and architectural frameworks like TOGAF 9+ and IT4IT.
