About the Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Architect to join our team at Workonblockchain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing solutions and providing architectural guidance across a broad range of ServiceNow projects.

You will work closely with our stakeholders to develop ServiceNow solutions that support our transformative agenda and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing solutions and providing architectural guidance for ServiceNow projects
  • Developing ServiceNow solutions that support our transformative agenda
  • Managing technical debt with a long-term vision to reduce it
  • Fostering a close partnership with ServiceNow
  • Creating governance policies to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise with ServiceNow, including data modeling and configuration
  • Certifications in ServiceNow administration will be an advantage
  • A strong background in data management, modeling, and governance
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL practices
  • Skilled in data modeling, relational databases, and ETL processes for seamless data integration
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data requirements and business processes
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and its integration with the ServiceNow platform
  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF or IT4IT is preferred
  • Certified in ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) and holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
