Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school premises. This includes conducting daily inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues, overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of the school buildings, and performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of the school buildings, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, or coordinating with external contractors as needed.
  • Managing security procedures, including locking and unlocking buildings, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to alarms or security concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and health and safety procedures.

Working Hours: 7.00am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also have a basic understanding of maintenance and repair procedures, as well as experience working in a similar role.
