Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Technical Support - Admin to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Graduate Technical Support - Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support with knowledge of the work environment, health & safety, office equipment, and physical and digital security for access control and CCTV camera operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide access to visitors and clients and process access requests in a timely manner, including liaison with building security and management.
- Support various technical activities such as digital security, building management systems, aircons, networks, power, and UPS, health and safety.
- Manage BMS activities like temperature and environmental control, fire system checks, leak detection system checks, and monitoring and control.
- Help grant access, print badges, generate reports, access control & CCTV camera operations, including cloud-based infrastructure.
- Liaise with other departments and vendors for network activity, operations of UPS, aircon, or other office equipment.
- Run regular BMS operations and AMC.
- Run health & safety inductions and checks.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and procurement budgets.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management, including MS Office programs (MS Excel and MS Word, MS Teams).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to think analytically and concern for quality of delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to be a team player who collaboratively strives to achieve the common goal.
- Ability to adapt by embracing change to improve the quality and effectiveness of work.
