Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.



Job Description

This role involves setting the Knowledge Management strategy in collaboration with KM and Practice leaders and executing best-in-class knowledge management initiatives and processes to achieve it. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relations, overseeing standard processes for end-of-project knowledge capture, leading content curation, driving awareness and usage of Digital content, and providing on-demand KM support.



The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in knowledge management, research or business development, ideally within a professional services firm, and at least 2 years' experience managing and mentoring people. A proactive client service mindset, ability to tailor support to diverse internal clients, and digital/technology enthusiasm are essential requirements.



A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is also an advantage. This role offers a stimulating working environment that allows you to challenge your boundaries and have an impact on the success of our clients.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • At least 5 years' experience in knowledge management, research or business development

  • Experience in managing and organizing large volumes of content and data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
