Clinical Health Psychologist

This exciting opportunity involves working within a highly specialist Intestinal Failure clinical health psychology service, as part of the clinical health psychology team at Salford Royal Foundation Trust.
Main Duties- Take an active role in research and service development, with a specific emphasis on taking a lead on research to publication in line with maintaining the profile of Intestinal Failure Services.
- Offer expert supervision on the Manchester doctorate course and contribute expertise in this field of clinical psychology to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Teach and present to promote an understanding of gut disorders across the trust and wider, while striving for clinical excellence.
- Work closely with the wider team in relation to psychological aspects of care, including regular involvement in Ward Rounds and MDT meetings.
