About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Bupa. As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health and wellbeing services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based mental health and wellbeing services to employees using MS Teams.
- Contribute to health promotion activities and initiatives for the client's workforce.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based interventions for employees.
- Ensure assessments determine the most appropriate pathway of care and support for eligible employees.
- Work at an individual level with differing models of service delivery, including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultation depending on employee preference and need.
Requirements:
- Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical Psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society. Registered as a qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
- 2 years+ experience in Adult mental health services.
- Extensive post-qualification clinical experience from a clinical psychology practice with diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon.
- Experience of clinical management.
- Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops preferred.
