**Diagnostic Technician Role**

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Dept. of Recruitment Limited. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing complex symptoms across a range of vehicles and ensuring quality and a first-time fix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles.
  • Ensure Quality and a first-time fix.
  • Complete detailed video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and communicate effectively to support customer decision making during the service process.
  • Communicate and work with the Technical Teams regarding work progress and repair solutions.
  • Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology including EV and Hybrid.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
  • Lead by example continually demonstrating best practice to your colleagues.
  • Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching.

  • Working hours are on a Monday to Friday basis - 8am to 5pm with Saturday morning on rota.
  • 42 hours a week.
  • Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
  • Additional £91 per month salary uplift for MOT qualified technicians.
