Job Title: Head of Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day Compliance advice to the Board and overseeing the management and ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Compliance advice to the Board and senior management
  • Develop and implement Compliance Monitoring plans
  • Conduct horizon scanning to ensure the business adapts to regulatory changes
  • Review and assess Financial Crime risks facing the business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Investment Management arena
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a hands-on manner and be close to the coalface
  • Experience as an SMF16/17 is advantageous but not essential
