We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Beauty Lead at Too Faced. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
About the RoleThis part-time position offers the perfect opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to develop their skills and progress their career within the retail beauty industry. As a Retail Beauty Lead, you will be responsible for creating a personalized experience for customers, educating them on our cruelty-free products, and ensuring they feel valued, respected, connected, and confident.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail industry or customer services experience
- A desire to understand customers' skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines
- A passion for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in speaking to customers
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
