The Guinness Partnership is a leading provider of housing and support services, dedicated to improving the lives of our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Independent Living Consultant to join our team in Cherwell Court and Roeacre Court in Heywood.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to provide intensive housing management support to our customers, helping them to live independently and happily. As an Independent Living Consultant, you will be responsible for developing successful customer relationships, assisting with tenancy management matters, and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to maintain their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers to access housing benefit assistance and complete referrals for assistive technology
- Carry out site inspections to ensure the scheme is operational and Health and Safety compliant
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service to our customers
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with previous experience of working with vulnerable adults, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as well as business insurance for your vehicle.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, paid 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a work mobile, free enhanced DBS, and a pension scheme.
