Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of primary school students? Justteachers agency is currently seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join a supportive school community in Chadderton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide classroom support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Support students in their learning activities, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to promote the holistic development of students.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience working with primary school-aged children, preferably within a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of young learners.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from classroom teachers.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
