Software Team Manager for Arm Neoverse CSS

- Release engineering: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of production firmware releases.
- Branch management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of branches to support development, testing, and deployment of firmware.
- CI pipeline management: Develop and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines to automate downstream firmware release processes.
- Proven experience in release management and automation of product-quality system software.
- Experience in software building and build management for official downstream software release candidates and formal releases.
