We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at HMP Lewes, a category B men's prison.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical healthcare team, providing outstanding quality-based patient-centered care to our patients.
As a GPHC registered pharmacy technician, you will become an integral member of the pharmacy team, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard and standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.
You will be responsible for providing a safe and secure medicines management service, which is essential for delivering high-quality patient care.
This role offers fantastic opportunities for learning and development, career progression, and overtime, with a salary up to £33,454 per annum FTE.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Up-to-date Continual Professional Development (CPD)
- Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
