Exciting Opportunity for SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding Mainstream College in Lewisham.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months' experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and will be confident and flexible in their approach to working with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and organization
  2. Providing additional support to students who require it
  3. Leading group work and activities to engage students
  4. Helping the class teacher with pupil observations and assessments
