Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is available at Simpson Judge Ltd, a leading law firm in Central London. We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Residential Property team and take on a challenging and rewarding role.

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including conveyancing duties up to and following completion, opening and closing matter files, and carrying out AML checks. You will also need to liaise with estate agents, prepare correspondence, and draft applications to Land Registry.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in conveyancing at a firm in England, as well as a strong understanding of MS Office and Case Management System. You will also need to be able to multitask, work under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.

Average salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
