{"h1": "Horticultural Technician Role at phs Greenleaf", "p": "We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Technician to join our team in the Winchester area. As a Horticultural Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers\u2019 floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are always looking their best.

Your day will be filled with a mix of interior and exterior projects, from installing and cleaning displays to watering and trimming plants as needed. You will also be responsible for following planned routes, using PDA devices to confirm job requirements and manage site access issues.

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of between \u2116\u00a325,000 and \u2116\u00a326,500, plus a \u2116\u00a3500 performance bonus. You will also have access to 23 days\u2019 holiday plus bank holidays, a holiday buy and sell scheme, career progression opportunities, and a pension.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain our customers\u2019 floral displays and hanging baskets
* Install, clean, water, and trim plants as needed

### What You\u2019ll Need:

* A good safety record
* Preferred qualifications are PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC
* A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
