Job Summary

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a highly motivated and professional administrator to join the PALS & Complaints Team. This part-time role will involve providing administrative support to the team, handling telephone calls, and managing various administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the PALS & Complaints Team in their daily operations
  • Providing an effective and efficient administrative support service
  • Triage and manage incoming telephone calls and written enquiries

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a secretarial or administrative role
