Plant Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs to a variety of plant equipment, including diggers, dumpers, rollers, trucks, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Occasionally attend site breakdowns, utilizing the company van provided.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on plant equipment, such as small diggers, dumpers, excavators, telehandlers, or HGVs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
