Payroll Administrator Opportunity

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their finance team in Helston. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient weekly and monthly payroll service to the company's 350+ staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of onsite time management/clocking in systems
  • Checking and inputting employee timesheets
  • Acting as an initial point of contact for employee payroll queries
  • Compiling weekly and monthly payroll details using MS Excel/Sage Payroll
  • Authorising holiday forms and recording accordingly
  • Covering for payroll supervisor during times of absence

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and organised administrator with strong numerical and IT skills, particularly in MS Excel. Ideal candidates will have in excess of 18 months experience gained in a payroll function (commercial or bureau based).
