Payroll Administrator

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their finance team in Helston. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient weekly and monthly payroll service to the company's 350+ staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of onsite time management/clocking in systems
- Checking and inputting employee timesheets
- Acting as an initial point of contact for employee payroll queries
- Compiling weekly and monthly payroll details using MS Excel/Sage Payroll
- Authorising holiday forms and recording accordingly
- Covering for payroll supervisor during times of absence
Requirements:
- Experience in a payroll function (commercial or bureau based) with over 18 months of experience
- Strong numerical and IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
