We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Academy Recruitment to lead our recruitment efforts across all age groups from under 9 to Under 21.



Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that identifies and attracts top talent for our academy.
  • This role involves supporting the planning and delivery of Talent ID days, building relationships with other clubs to expand our recruitment network, and monitoring and updating our Academy Recruitment Database.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruiting and training Scouts, ensuring they meet qualification, registration, and professional development requirements.


Requirements:



  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as sports management or education.
  • Proven track record of success in talent identification and recruitment, preferably in football.
  • Familiarity with The FA Advanced Principles of Talent Identification & Development in Football is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS certification and a clean driving license are mandatory.
  • Possession of passion for working with young people is a must.
