The Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the execution and oversight of the company's IT strategy, ensuring timely and effective delivery of IT projects that align with business objectives.
  • Team Development: Foster a high-performing IT team, comprising the Service Desk Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and IT Security & Operations Manager, by promoting a collaborative work environment and providing mentorship.
  • Service Desk Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the service desk, providing exceptional support to staff members across multiple offices, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services that meet business needs and comply with established SLAs, implementing best practices for IT service management.
  • Infrastructure and Operations: Lead IT infrastructure initiatives to ensure robust and reliable systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and effectively managing operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand and address IT needs, communicating IT developments and initiatives effectively across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior IT management role, preferably within a professional services environment.
