Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and install a wide range of home furnishings, electrical products, and sports equipment to customers' homes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate a 7.5T vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and installation processes.
- Work collaboratively as part of a two-person crew to achieve team goals and objectives.
- A valid C1 driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
- Previous driving experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Able to cope with the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting.
