Deputy Store Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and contributing to the development of our store's strategic plans. Your expertise in retail operations, team management, and customer service will be essential in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
- Contribute to the development of store strategies and plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve store processes and procedures
