About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeper to join our team at Aderyn, a high-quality step-down service for men with enduring mental health conditions. As a Weekend Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless.
  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Help create a positive culture and contribute to the overall well-being of our service users.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and take pride in a job well done.
  • Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator and team player.
  • Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Be able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
