About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Housekeeper to join our team at Aderyn, a high-quality step-down service for men with enduring mental health conditions. As a Weekend Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Participate in mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
