Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Storekeeper to join our team in the Clothing Store Garrison Support Unit (BGSU) to provide logistics support. This role will involve providing support to 11 Signal Regiment, serving over 1000 service personnel across the Garrison, and ensuring the Clothing Store is well-stocked and organized.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing counter and electronic service for the Garrison Clothing Store, ensuring compliance with Material Regulations and Interim Supply Chain Procedures.
- Transporting, unpacking, and receiving clothing stores, documenting all items received, and ensuring they are stored in the correct location.
- Responsible for de-kits and personal holding amendments, ensuring the Clothing Store is kept in a clean and tidy condition, compliant with H&S legislation.
- Covering for the clothing store manager during times of leave or sickness, ensuring continued support across the department.
Requirements
The successful candidate should:
- Have knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Be familiar with MJDI (training will be provided).
- Hold a forklift license (training will be provided).
