We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist in paediatric care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care to a variety of paediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centred care to paediatric patients in outpatient settings, including the Dingley Child Development Centre and paediatric wards.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support and advice.
- Manage a caseload of patients as an autonomous practitioner, using your physiotherapy knowledge and skills to provide effective and efficient care.
- Contribute to service development in Therapies and the Trust, working closely with the Therapy Department team.

Requirements- Degree or other recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC Registered.
- NHS experience across all core rotations/areas, including paediatrics.
- Ability to carry out paediatric assessment and treatment.
- Specialist knowledge of current evidence-based best practice in Physiotherapy and in particular paediatrics.
- Hydrotherapy trained or experience of hydrotherapy paediatric physiotherapy.
- Orthopaedic experience.
- Ponseti clinic experience.
- IT skills, including electronic patient records, word processing, and email.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, including ability to process/share complex information, and to deal with people who have difficulty communicating.
