Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for leading planning activities on UK projects and tenders, developing and improving planning systems, procedures, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement planning procedures and systems to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor planning engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality output.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project planning documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling, with a strong background in oil and gas.
  • Supervisory skills and experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong planning competencies, including Oracle Primavera P6 certification and experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
