About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and enforce the provisions of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and mitigate any project environmental risks.
  2. Ensure compliance with licensing and other regulatory conditions.
  3. Provide onsite guidance and advice on environmental controls, constraints, and relevant laws.
  4. Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), oversee works, and recommend necessary actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in monitoring construction projects' environmental performance.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and constraints within construction sites.
  • Experience in managing water impacts on construction projects and familiarity with working near watercourses and water bodies.
  • Good understanding of relevant environmental laws, such as waste and oil storage regulations.
