Procurement Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchasing procedures, including coordination of stock and deliveries across our global network.
  • Process and monitor supplier orders from order through to delivery, including raising purchasing orders, dispatch notes, and invoices through Sage 200 System.
  • Manage stock levels, purchasing, and chasing orders to ensure lead times are met and communicate with the wider business and goods in processing.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties as requested by the department management team, including answering doors and phones.
  • Collect, analyze, summarize, and present production and purchasing data, information, and trends into a report.
  • Maintain and be accountable for stock, carrying out regular stock takes and quality control.
  • Support pick and pack goods for customers, including performing product testing and configuration (where applicable) prior to dispatch, booking collections.
  • Support the Operations team with managing Commercial and Proforma Shipping Invoices.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Purchase Order processing and/or Sales Order processing.
  • Good working knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Office Software Suite.
