About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care services in the field, including assessing and reviewing individual services, and providing practical supervision and instruction to care workers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our care workers are able to provide the best possible support to our clients, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY CARE SERVICES IN THE FIELD
  • ASSESS AND REVIEW INDIVIDUAL SERVICES TO ENSURE THEY MEET CLIENT NEEDS
  • PROVIDE PRACTICAL SUPERVISION AND INSTRUCTION TO CARE WORKERS
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH CARE COORDINATORS TO PLAN EFFECTIVE CARE WORKER ROTAS
