About the Role:

The Quantitative Trading Specialist will be part of the Fixed Income eTrading team at ING, responsible for creating new generation algorithms and pricing logic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quantitative models and algorithms for trading and risk management.
  • Collaborate with trading teams to design and implement trading strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize trading performance using data analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal trading practices.

Requirements:

  • MSc in quantitative subject (PhD preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Front Office, including algorithm development and automated trading.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with experience in Python programming.
  • Familiarity with various development technologies, including KDB, Proprietary Software, and Java.
