Job Title: Care and Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Professional. As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centred support to individuals with a learning disability
- Help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions
- Support individuals in their daily lives, including helping with personal and emotional support, planning and managing their own home, and supporting with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel

Requirements:

- No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
- Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
- Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun
