Scheduler Role

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team at Distinct Consultancy Group Ltd. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of engineer's inspection/maintenance visits for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently schedule Technician's diaries to meet customer requirements and SLA's.
  • Ensure all visits are confirmed in writing and relevant RAMS are issued prior to visits.
  • Coordinate plant and machinery hire for visits and ensure off-hire actions are taken.
  • Actively chase down client visit confirmations to ensure booked work proceeds.
  • Assist the Recertification Administrator with updating client CRM's for certification or reporting post-visits.
  • Liaise with Field Supervisor regarding visit arrangements and modifications.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing quality care and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident self-starter able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a helpdesk/call centre environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Prior knowledge of CDM/Cafm systems, particularly work planning and scheduling functionalities.
  • Good understanding of planned maintenance works to enable planning within SLA's/KPIs.
