Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Rail Depot Quantity Management Specialist to manage quantity surveyors on major civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial and financial reporting, including management accounts and earned value analysis.

You will lead and manage procurement processes, subcontract packages, and change management on large-scale construction projects. A strong technical knowledge of construction trades and a deep understanding of NEC design and build contracts are essential.

This role requires expertise in railway systems, signalling, OLE, and p-way, as well as mechanical, electrical, and public health services. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in these areas and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
