Railway Systems Manager

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Railway Systems Manager to join their team on a new Rail Depot project. The successful candidate will have expertise in railway systems, signalling, OLE, p-way, mechanical, electrical, and public health.

The project involves managing subcontractors and consultants, with a contract value of circa 40 million. The depot requires a range of trades, including groundworks, civils, building, fit-out, and specialist equipment for train maintenance.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead the project team, overseeing the procurement process, subcontract package management, change management, cost control, and final account settlement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project team
  • Procure and manage subcontractors and consultants
  • Oversee change management and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with NEC design and build contracts
  • Provide commercial and financial reports

Requirements:

Professionally qualified with excellent leadership and technical skills. Experience of working on rail projects and familiarity with NEC design and build contracts are essential.
