Job Title: Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Business Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Talent, HR, Health & Safety, and L&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support on a range of topics and issues, including complex administration work.
  • Take notes in HR meetings, book travel, and onboard new employees through processing DBS checks and references.
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Work with the team to provide administrative support, respond to queries via email and over the phone, and provide reception cover when needed.
  • Meet, greet, and sign in all visitors in accordance with company policy and safety requirements.
  • Adhere to the building's security procedures, reporting any issues to the relevant person.
  • Receive and respond to internal and external queries by phone, email, and in-person.
  • Administer postal services, including deliveries and collections by courier.
  • Support with new starter inductions, including arranging travel and accommodation.
