We are seeking an experienced Senior LDA Transformation Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our transformation strategy and driving innovation across our organization.


Job Summary


The Senior LDA Transformation Program Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) transformation program. This includes project planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as ensuring alignment with our organizational priorities and goals.


Main Responsibilities


In this role, you will:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy for LDA services, aligned with our organizational priorities and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver transformation programs, including project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are engaged in the transformation process.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify best practices and implement innovative solutions to improve care and outcomes for individuals with LDA.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation programs, making data-driven decisions to inform future initiatives.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or social work.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare transformation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range


The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
