Consultant in Haematology Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Haematology to join our successful Haematology department at Triple West Medical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services for haematology patients and excellent laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the development and implementation of haematology services, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes.
  2. Lead a general (clinical and laboratory) haematological service, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  3. Contribute to the on-call rota and participate in MDMs, ensuring seamless patient care and effective communication.
  4. Maintain and further develop BSH level 2 haemato-oncology services, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes.
  5. Develop and implement single multi-disciplinary teams and haemato-oncology protocols across the Trust and for the Kent Cancer Network.
  6. Encourage and support the development of sub-specialist interests, providing out-patient services and enhancing patient care.
